NEVCAL WHITE 2
Our Nevcal White range of products are widely used in Plastic and PVC products as filler/extender and impact modifiers. Calcium Carbonate makes the polymer to heat and cool faster allowing for faster conversion of plastic hence increasing production. Nevcal White has suitable particle shape and structure making them less abrasive than most available ground calcium carbonate fillers.
USESNevcal White-2 products are used in PVCs such as;
- PVC pipes.
- PVC leather & sheets.
- PVC strip.
- PVC rubber particles.
- Modified plastics (PP/PS) etc.
- Results in high opacity and whiteness due to rapid and complete dispersion.
- Low moisture content.
- Easy molding of plastic products due to Good compatibility with Polymers & other additives.
- Better Impact strength and low abrasion at higher loading.
- Good heat & UV resistance due to low iron content.
- Reduce cost due to reduced plasticizers & other additives and lower raw material cost.
